Rename the sole NixOS flake output to TobServer, matching the machine hostname, so nixos-rebuild --flake . selects it automatically. Update current operations runbooks and saved plan command references. No alias, default package, hostname change, or deployment.

Checks: nixfmt --check flake.nix; nix flake check --no-build; nix eval --raw .#nixosConfigurations.TobServer.config.networking.hostName = TobServer; system.stateVersion remains 25.11; old output no longer evaluates; staged diff reviewed independently. Full Linux build and on-server nixos-rebuild remain to be checked before merge/deployment.
